Client Zone

Client Zone is a web application for competitor and market monitoring in motor insurance — MTPL (Motor Third Party Liability) and CASCO (motor own damage) — across the CEE region. It tracks competitor tariffs, market share by player and by segment, and structural market shifts on a monthly refresh cycle, all surfaced in views built for pricing decisions rather than generic dashboards. The place a pricing team comes to see the market it actually competes in.

Other non-life lines are available for discussion if your portfolio needs them.

What it is not

Client Zone is not a calibration workbench for Dynamic Pricing. The risk model and the optimizer settings live in our delivery process and your engagement, not in the application UI. Client Zone is where your team sees the market. The pricing work itself happens around it.

• Market monitoring as the foundation. The price model your team defends in front of management has to know what competitors are doing. Competitor pricing, not just your own loss data, is the foundation layer.
• Statistical models you can explain. GLMs and selected ML models for market-rate replication and conversion modelling, used the way serious pricing teams elsewhere use them, but kept transparent enough that a regulator can read them.
• A picture you can defend. Pricing teams need to argue their tariff with sales, with management, and with the board. Client Zone gives them the evidence base for those conversations, not another report.
